Information for former students of Totally Indigo
It is our understanding that as at 20 August 2009 you were an enrolled student and had commenced your studies with Marina Juhas-Cucilovic, trading as Totally Indigo. However, on this date, the provider ceased to provide the course in which you were enrolled and a provider default occurred. The provider was not a member of the Tuition Assurance Scheme.
The ESOS Assurance Fund was established under the ESOS Act. The purpose of the Fund is to protect the interests of overseas students and intending overseas students of registered educational institutions (providers) by ensuring that the students are provided with suitable alternative courses, or have their course money refunded, if the provider cannot provide the course(s) that the student(s) have paid for.
In this instance, the Fund Manager has offered the majority of students affected by the closure of Totally Indigo placement in a suitable alternative course. If you have not received this offer, please contact the Fund Manager immediately via email to: esos.totallyindigo.claims@au.pwc.com. For those students who have received the offer, please return the necessary forms and documentation as soon as possible. We will then be in contact with you regarding the next steps from here. |
